The risks are much higher if treatment is delayed more than it need to be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As far as indicators are concerned, there are a few things you should keep an eye out for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Red and\/or white spots in your mouth<\/li><li>A sore hasn\u2019t healed within two weeks<\/li><li>A persistent hoarseness when you speak<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you find any of these early indicators, see a dental professional as soon as possible. If left untreated, more severe symptoms will develop. If they get to an advanced stage, treatment will become imperative.
